Restaurant:

  • I saw that you offer Half Board. How much does it cost the Full Board?
    It's possible to add our tasty Menù at € 11,90 per adult, and € 5,90 per child (3-12 years old). The lunch includes 2 courses between: starter, first course or second course, Free drink with no-limits beverage. You can have lunch at our Restaurant in Hotel or directly on the ski-lines in our Malga "Le Susine", the best place ever for families in Trentino!

  • What is the Malga "Le Susine"?
    It's our Restaurant with the typical little accommodation "Casina" and playground on the ski-lines, take a look at our website in the section "Malga le Susine" to find out more!
  • Does your Menù offer a nice variety of dishes?
    Yes. You will have the chance to try typical Trentino dishes, and a wide selection of unique dishes from all regions of Italy, to enjoy your time also at the table! On request, we offer gluten-free Menù.

  • Do you offer special courses for gluten-free guests, vegetarians and/or vegans?
    Yes, sure.

  • Can I ask for seconds at the restaurant?

    Yes sure always ;-)

  • Do you have a Restaurant in our Hotel? At which hours?
    Our Restaurant is open from 12 pm to 2 pm and at evening from 7 pm to 9 pm. It's also possible to organize special evenings and events on request.

  • At what hour do you serve Breakfast?

    Our continental buffet breakfast is served in our Breakfast Room from 7.30 am to 9.30.

  • Is breakfast included in your treatments?

    Breakfast is always included in our treatments ;-)

How to move:

  • I would like to come by plane. What should I do?

    The closest airport is "Catullo"of Verona Villafranca. From where you can take a transfer to the train station of "Verona Porta Nuova" and then follow the direction to Rovereto. From Verona Villafranca, there's also a transfer for the exit on the highway of Rovereto Sud.

  • Once we got to the airport, is it better to take a taxi o to rent a car?
    From Verona to Family Hotel La Betulla it takes you 2 hours driving. The taxi costs ca. € 150, and to rent a car it costs € 50 per day and you can easily reach us by the highway of Brennero A22, exit "Rovereto Sud/Lago di GardaNord". From the tooll booth follow the direction to Mori, Brentonico, Prada and then Polsa.

  • What should I do if I want to come by train?
    The nearest train station is "Rovereto", on Bologna-Brennero line. There are public transports that connect Rovereto to Brentonico. You can receive more information about hours and connection at the APT (Enterprise of Turistic Promotion) of Rovereto and Brentonico, and you can check-out the train hours on trenitalia.com.

  • Do you have any excursion or sight-seeing?

    Our All Inclusive proposal include walks and hikes and snowshoe walks in the snow for fun even if you don't put your skis on!

    Do you have the equipment to have a walk on the snow? How much does it cost?


  • Yes, sure and it's free! The most important thing is to take part ;-) !

Children:

  • Is there a place where children can play?

    Yes, not just one place. The Hotel offers: an indoor space dedicated to the miniclub and the Children Park with inflatable toys. Outdoor you can find "Snowland" on the ski-runs, and the amazing Ski Ice Fantasy, a fun and free ice-rink on artificial ice.

  • Do you offer entertainment for children? 
    Entertainment is the heart of our Family Hotel! A staff of professional entertainers is available 7 days a week with continued schedule to make children always have fun. Children can enjoy their time at the Miniclub and Juniorclub. Entertainment is available every day from the morning till the evening, with a lunch-break, and possibility for kids to have dinner with the other children and our staff. On Saturday we mainly dedicate our time to introduce everybody to the entertainment staff and to get to know each other in our "Welcome Day" :-)

  • Do you offer any assistance for babies?

    We've covered everything ;-) We offer, without any extra-cost, the assistance of our "specialized nannies" for babies between 6 months and 3 years old, at the same hours and conditions of the entertainment.

  • Is the building spacious and practicable for parents and their kids?

          The common areas of the hotel are spacious and wide, perfect to let children play freely with the assistance of our Staff.

What to do, where to go:

  • We are a family and we would like to ski, what does Polsa offer?

    Our All Inclusive Ski & Free Bar formula, includes in your holiday a Skipass for adults or children within 8 years old, valid for the ski-runs of Polsa, San Valentino, Malcesine and Prà Alpesina. 

  • What can you do at evening?
    
We have an amazing Entertainment Staff in hotel and you can't get bored! Shows, musicals, magic shows, disco nights, cinema and a lot of fun at our theatre in hotel. 

  • Which are the places I can't miss in Winter?
    Long walks on the snow or in the wood in the beatiful nature that sorround us. Enjoy the beautiful tour to discover the typical mountain-huts and new local dishes to taste every day, is quick and easy. Take the car and just 7 kms far from us, visit the little town of Brentonico that is a "must" in the nearby. Rovereto and Trento that are the main cities around us, are 30/40 kms far from us, an ideal destination for local Christmas Markets. 

  • Do you offer ski-equipement?
    We have an agreement with a very well-provided store next to the hotel.

Health and safety:

  • Is there a hospital in the nearby?
    The closest hospital to us is in Rovereto, 30 minutes far from us by car. The emergency medical service is available on request.

  • Health care assistance for children guaranteed once a week for free, on an estabilished day.

Extra:

  • Is there a parking inside the hotel? Is it a secure parking? Is it possible to book it? Does it have any extra-cost?
    Our hotel offers an underground parking, that is not safeguarded, and it's not possible to book early. As an alternative, it is possible to park the car outside the hotel, without any extra-cost. We kindly ask our guests to use the car-cloth that the Reception will give to you, to protect your car.

  • Are there any extra bed or crib available? 
    Our hotel offers extra-beds and cribs without any extra cost during the reservation.

  • Do you have an internet connection?
    We have a free wifi available in all the hotel and also on the ski-runs in our Malga "Le Susine"!

  • Do you accept animals? Are there any extra-costs?
    Yes, animals are welcome to our hotel! We kindly ask for a daily extra cost of € 15,00 for the care of cleaning of the room.

Reservation:

  • How can I ask for a quotation without any commitment?
    If you would like to ask for a quotation is very easy and quick! You can make your request on our website, fill in the form, and send an e-mail to our Booking Office, or you can call us by phone. We kindly ask you to specificate: the period of your request, number of guests, type of room, age of the children and any other particular request.

  • What is "Chat Online"? How much time does it take to answer to my request?
    With our new Chat Online , one of our operators will answer to you in real time to your questions to suggest you the best solution to choose you Holiday. If you fill in the form for your request, you will get an answer within 24 hours with our best guaranteed price.

  • Can I ask for particular position of the room?
    Absolutely! Our staff will be glad to find any possible answer to your needs (preferred floor, room with or without balcony, panoramic view, particular facilities, etc. ..). Any request depends on the availability of the period.

  • Is it safety to pay by credit card?
    Yes, we send you an authorization form, to fill in with your personal information and your credit card details, that you must sign. All the information are cryptographed and treated following all the rules of privacy for our guests. 

  • How can I pay a deposit and how can I pay the balance of my holiday?
    In case we don't receive the deposit, your reservation will cancelled.

 We accept any payment by credit card with the followings: Visa, Maestro and Mastercard, any debit card, postepay, cash and cheque.

  • Will I receive a confirmation of my holiday, as soon as I conclude my reservation?
    Yes, the confirmation will be sent by e-mail or fax, and it contains all the details of your holiday, information about the hotel, and prices and terms of your holiday and cancellation policy.

  • How can I cancel my reservation? Do I have to pay a penalty?
    You can cancel your reservation just by calling us at the phone, or sending an e-mail to our Booking Office. In case you have already payed the deposit, we suggest you to ask for further information one of our employees at the Booking Department to know terms and conditions of the cancellation policy.

  • Would you like to safeguard your deposit?
    Remember to ensure your deposit within 24 hours after your confirmation, following the procedure that we suggest in your quotation e-mail under the name  "Booking Protection of Allianz Insurance", based on the terms and conditions of Allianz group.
